Hotelrank runs structured queries at regular intervals across AI platforms, analyzing where and how your hotel appears in responses, tracking citations, ranking, and competitive presence.
Yes. We provide you with a set of queries based on your hotel category and classic dedicated personas (couples, families, etc.). You can enable or disable the base personas to tailor tracking to your hotel strategy. If you want to add custom personas or custom topics, you need to be on the Pro plan.
On the Essential plan, you can have up to 3 hotels. Beyond that, you'll move directly to the Pro plan, with a limit of 50 hotels. If you have more than 50 hotels to track, we handle this as part of the Enterprise plan.
On the Essential plan, you can measure your visibility. If you want to start optimizing, customizing, tracking different models over time, then the Pro plan is necessary. Most hotels quickly upgrade to Pro because they want to be able to take concrete actions.
Setup is instant (just do it!), and data collection takes 1-2 days.
